EDUCATION - DEVELOP CONSTRUCTION EDUCATION PROGRAMS AT ALL LEVELS OF STUDY, SPONSOR UNDERGRADUATE SUMMER WORK PROGRAMS, CONTINUING EDUCATION, AND SKILLS TRAINING WORKSHOPS. APPROXIMATELY 2,000 PEOPLE BENEFIT FROM THESE EDUCATION PROGRAMS ANNUALLY.
LABOR RELATIONS AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES - NEGOTIATES AND ADMINISTERS MULTI-EMPLOYER COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS FOR PENSION, HEALTH CARE, APPRENTICE, AND TRAINING TRUST FUNDS. OVER 7,000 BARGAINING UNIT MEMBERS ARE INVOLVED ANNUALLY.
