TO SUPPORT CARROLLTON YOUTH FOOTBALL IN DEVELOPING FACILITIES, ACTIVITIES, AND PROGRAMS TO ASSURE THE BEST OPPORTUNITIES ARE MADE AVAILABLE TO THE YOUTH LIVING IN CARROLLTON AND SURROUNDING AREAS. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH MANAGEMENT OF THE CARROLL COUNTY YOUTH FOOTBALL LEAGUE WHICH CONSISTS OF APPROXIMATELY 115 FOOTBALL PLAYERS AND 30 CHEERLEADERS. NUMEROUS INDIVIDUALS VOLUNTEER THEIR TIME AND EFFORTS TO COACH PLAYERS AND CHEERLEADERS, REFEREE GAMES, ORGANIZE AND CARE FOR UNIFORMS AND MANAGE REGISTRATION FOR ALL THOSE PARTICIPATING.
