THE PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE OF THE PULASKI COUNTY YOUTH FOOTBALL LEAGUE IS TO PROMOTE CONFIDENCE, SELF-ESTEEM, AND THE ABILITY TO ACHIEVE SET GOALS FOR THE YOUTH OF PULASKI COUNTY.

Part 3 - Line 4a

DURING 2022, THE PULASKI COUNTY YOUTH FOOTBALL LEAGUE PROVIDED SERVICES TO A TOTAL OF APPROXIMATELY 900 CHILDREN. THERE WERE APPROXIMATELY 450 FOOTBALL PLAYERS, 100 FLAG-FOOTBALL PLAYERS AND 350 CHEERLEADERS PARTICIPATING IN THE YOUTH LEAGUE PROGRAMS. THE CHILDREN TOOK PART IN 90 GAMES FROM THE PERIOD OF AUGUST 2022 TO OCTOBER 2022.EACH GAME WAS SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT COMMUNITY LEADER AND OVERSEEN BY INDEPENDENT, THIRD-PARTY REFEREES. THE YOUTH LEAGUE STRESSES THAT MOLDING FUTURE CITIZENS IS THE PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF EACH GAME, WITH WINNING OR EXCEPTIONAL ATHLETIC SKILL AS A SECONDARY BENEFIT. THESE GAMES PROVIDE PULASKI'S YOUTH WITH CONFIDENCE AND SELF-ESTEEM TO FACE FUTURE CHALLENGES THEY MAY ENCOUNTER.
