ACTION FOR EQUITY (A4E): PROGRAM DESIGNED TO HELP YOU BUILD EQUITY AND SUSTAINABILITY AT THE HIGHEST LEVELS OF YOUR ACADEMIC COURSE OFFERINGS. A4E IS YOUR ROAD MAP TO ENSURING THAT YOUR STUDENTS, AND PARTICULARLY STUDENTS OF COLOR AND LOW-INCOME STUDENTS, HAVE ACCESS TO AND SUCCESS IN YOUR MOST ACADEMICALLY INTENSE HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAMS. WE PARTNER WITH HIGH SCHOOLS TO FIND STUDENTS MISSING FROM THE MOST RIGOROUS CLASSES AND CHANGE THEIR LIFE TRAJECTORIES. WE IDENTIFY, ENROLL AND SUPPORT MISSING STUDENTS IN CHALLENGING COLLEGE-PREPARATORY COURSES. WE BOOST THEIR ACADEMIC MOTIVATION AND ACHIEVEMENT, AND THEIR LIKELIHOOD OF GOING TO AND GRADUATION FROM COLLEGE.
