MANAGEMENT TRAINING MATERIALS AND RESOURCES WERE DISTRIBUTED ON A MONTHLY BASIS VIA THE USA LISTSERV. DEVELOPED AND DISTRIBUTED SEVERAL TOOLS, GUIDELINES, AND MODELS FOR INCREASING STATION PERFORMANCE AND IMPROVING UNIVERSITY-RELATIONS.
