COGGS BUILDS AND MAINTAINS TRAILS IN THE DULUTH, MN AREA. IN 2022, COGGS BUILT A NEW SECTION OF TRAIL CALLED THE CENTRAL DULUTH TRAVERSE. THIS TRAIL FURTHERS COGGS GOAL TO HAVE A TRAIL THAT GOES FROM ONE END OF DULUTH TO THE OTHER. DURING 2022, COGGS ALSO BUILT A JUMP LINE IN PIEDMONT CALLED MEJUMPOLIS. PROGRAM RELATED EXPENSES ARE THE COST OF THESE NEW TRAILS AND UTILITIES FOR MAINTENANCE OF EXISTING TRAILS THROUGHOUT THE LOCAL COMMUNITY.
