VISITATION PROGRAM:THIS PROGRAM RESPONDS TO A GROWING PUBLIC DEMAND FOR A FIRST-HAND EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE AT THE TALIESIN ESTATE. EACH YEAR, OVER 25,000 GUESTS VISIT THE HISTORIC SITE. SEVERAL COMPREHENSIVE TOURS ARE OFFERED AS WELL AS PROGRAMMING TO INTEGRATE THE PRESERVATION FOCUS ON ARCHITECTURE, NATURE AND CULTURE. ENHANCED PUBLIC ACCESS OPPORTUNITIES ALLOW VISITORS TO EXPERIENCE THE TALIESIN LEGACY OF ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN, EDUCATION, AGRICULTURE AND THE ARTS. TO BALANCE THE VISITOR EXPERIENCE, A GIFTSHOP, CAFE AND EXHIBITS ON FRANK LLOYD WRIGHT'S LIFE, WORK, AND CONCEPTS ARE ALSO OFFERED.
PRESERVATION PROGRAM:THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES RESOURCES FOR THE ONGOING PRESERVATION OF THE TALIESIN ESTATE. THIS INCUDES FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS TOWARD PRESERVATION WORK ON THE BUILDINGS AND LANDSCAPES, AS WELL AS PRESERVATION COMMITTEE SUPPORT AND PROFESSIONAL WISCONSIN CONNECTIONS IN ORDER TO ENSURE THE INTEGRITY OF THE SITE FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS.
