WE ARE THE OLD CAPITOL FOUNDATION. A COMMUNITY FOUNDATION WHOSE PURPOSE IS TO BRING DONORS AND LOCAL NEEDS TOGETHER. OCF MAKES GRANTS IN VIRTUALLY EVERY FIELD OF INTEREST: ART AND CULTURE, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, EDUCATION, HUMAN SERVICE AND YOUTH.
