COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: GRANT TO VILLAGE OF BEMENT, IL: VETERANS MEMORIAL SERVICES: UNDER THE VETERANS MEMORIAL PROGRAM THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED MONIES FOR IMPROVEMENTS AND RELATED UPKEEP SERVICES TO THE MEMORIAL FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY AND ALL VETERANS.
