THESE SERVICES EXIST TO HELP CONSUMERS MAXIMIZE SELF-RELIANCE AND PARTICIPATION IN SOCIETY BY ACHIEVING SELF-SET GOALS. SERVICES ARE AIMED AT INCREASING INDEPENDENT LIVING OPTIONS FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES ARE ALSO AVILABLE TO ANY CIVIC/COMMUNITY ORGANIZATION.
