IT DOES THIS BY CONDUCTING FUND DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES, HOLDING TITLE TO ASSETS, AND OVERSEEING THEIR PRUDENT AND EFFECTIVE INVESTMENT AND MANAGEMENT.
