FOSTER, ENCOURAGE, PROMOTE, AND ADVANCE THE COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL, CIVIC, PROFESSIONAL, ECONOMIC, AND SOCIAL WELFARE AND INTERESTS OF THE RESIDENTS OF THE CITY OF MATTOON.
ENCOURAGE GROWTH OF EXISTING INDUSTRIES AND BUSINESSES WHILE GIVING ASSISTANCE TO NEW ENTERPRISES SEEKING TO LOCATE IN THE MATTOON AREA.
