THE ORGANIZATION WILL PAY RETIREE HEALTH BENEFITS ACCORDING TO THE TERMS OF THE TRUST AGREEMENT AND THE TEXAS INSTRUMENTS RETIREES HEALTH BENEFIT PLAN. SUBSTANTIALLY ALL OF THE OPERATIONS OF THE TRUST WILL BE USED IN FURTHERANCE OF PROVIDING LIFE, SICK OR OTHER BENEFITS TO ITS MEMBERS, THEIR DEPENDENTS, OR THEIR DESIGNATED BENEFICIARIES.
