ENHANCED THE PROFESSION OF PHYSICAL THERAPY BY ASSISTING MEMBERS IN THEIR UNDERSTANDING OF THE RULES AND REGULATIONS RELATING TO THE PAYMENT PROCEDURES OF GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND INSURANCE COMPANIES, AND BY FACILITATING RESEARCH, QUALITY PRACTICE AND QUALITY REVIEW FUNCTIONS RELATED TO THE PHYSICAL THERAPY PROFESSION.
