THE MISSION OF THIS ORGANIZATION SHALL BE TO SEE THAT ALL PATIENTS ADMITTED TO OR TREATED IN ANY OF THE FACILITIES, DEPARTMENTS, OR SERVICES OF THE HOSPITAL SHALL RECEIVE HIGH QUALITY CARE CONSISTENT WITH THE CAPABILITY OF THE HOSPITAL AND TO PROVIDE A MECHANISM TO ENSURE A UNIFORM STANDARD OF QUALITY PATIENT CARE, TREATMENT AND SERVICES.
