IN MARCH 2020, WE ADAPTED OUR PROGRAM TO BE OFFERED VIA VIRTUAL PLATFORM. WE TRAINED 30+ VOLUNTEERS/FACILITATORS IN ZOOM SO THAT WE CAN BE MOST EFFECTIVE. INCREASED PRESENCE ON A NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL LEVEL. WE HAVE VOLUNTEERS AND PARTICIPANTS ACROSS COUNTRY AND AROUND THE GLOBE PARTICIPATING IN OUR WORKSHOP SERIES. WE ADDED 10 TRAINED VOLUNTEERS AND INCREASED COLLABORATION WITH OTHER VETERAN SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS, SUCH AS O2O, WWP, F4WW, AND OTHERS. WE HAVE MEDIA COVERAGE ON TV, RADIO, AND PRINT. WE INCREASED OUR BOARD MEMBERSHIP FROM SIX TO NINE MEMBERS AND ADDED THREE ADVISORS. IN 2019, VETCTAP JOINED THE FORTINET NETWORK SECURITY ACADEMY (FNSA) TO DEVELOP OUR GRADUATE'S CYBERSECURITY SKILLS. WE HELD ANNUAL GOLF FUNDRAISERS IN 2020 AND 2021. VETCTAP WAS AWARDED THE 2021 LEADERSHIP AWARD BY NORTH SAN DIEGO BUSINESS CHAMBER. IN 2021, VETCTAP WAS RECOGNIZED AS A LEADER IN THE COMMUNITY BY: SUPERVISOR JIM DESMOND AND SD CITY COUNCIL (FIFTH DISTRICT), SUPERVISOR TERRA LAWSON (DISTRICT 3), AND ASSEMBLYMEMBER BRIAN MAIENSCHEIN.
