BRIDGES IS A HOUSING AND FINANCIAL INDEPENDENCE PROGRAM THAT HAS TWO PHASES. DURING PHASE ONE, THE YOUTH MUST LIVE IN A GROUP SETTING WHERE THEY MUST ADHERE TO THE RULES OF THE PROGRAM, PARTICIPATE IN PROGRAMS OFFERED, PURSUE THEIR EDUCATION OR GAIN EMPLOYMENT. DURING PHASE TWO, YOUNG ADULTS MOVE INTO PERMANENT HOUSING WITH RESOURCES AND SUPPORT FOR SUSTAINABILITY.
HEAVY HITTAS BOXING CLUB IS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE COMMUNITY, HEALTH AND FITNESS OPTIONS FOR YOUTH AGES 13-19. ROYALS SUMMER AND AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM PROVIDES LIFE SKILLS TRAINING, FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT WORKSHOPS, EMPLOYABILITY, ENTREPRENEURIAL SKILLS TRAINING, JOB SHADOWING OPPORTUNITIES, COLLEGE TOURS AND IDENTITY DEVELOPMENT.
ROYAL SUMMER PROGRAM PROVIDED YOUTH WITH 9 WEEKS OF FULL DAY PROGRAMMING INCLUDING 9 COLLEGE TOURS, FINANCIAL LITERACY CLASSES, MINDFULNESS, COOKING CLASSES, AND EVEN AN OPPORTUNITY TO FLY A PLANE.
