LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT PROGRAM: A THREE DAY PROGRAM IN SPANISH FOR SUPERVISORS AND FIELDWORKERS THAT INCLUDES WORKSHOPS AND PRESENTATIONS ON VITICULTURAL BEST PRACTICES, LEADERSHIP TRAINING, AND FINANCIAL LITERACY. ATTENDANCE TOTALED 158.
FIELDS OF OPPORTUNITY INTERNSHIP: 8-WEEK SUMMER MENTORSHIP PROGRAM WHICH INCLUDES ONSITE WORK PROGRAM AND FRIDAY SOFT SKILL WORKSHOPS. ATTENDANCE TOTALED 23.
LITERACY PROGRAMS: THE 2021 ENGLISH LITERACY PROGRAM INCLUDED BEGINNING, INTERMEDIATE AND ADVANCED LEVEL SESSIONS TAUGHT VIA ZOOM BY NAPA VALLEY ADULT EDUCATION AND NAPA VALLEY COLLEGE.
