IT ADMINISTERS RESIDENTIAL HOURLY ELECTRICITY PRICING PROGRAMS, DELIVERS ENERGY AND WATER EFFICIENCY RETROFITS IN RESIDENTIAL AND NONPROFIT BUILDINGS, AND PROVIDES ENERGY PLANNING AND DATA ANALYSIS SERVICES. CONSUMERS GAIN ACCESS TO EDUCATION AND PROGRAMS THAT HELP THEM MANAGE ENERGY COSTS AND MAKE HOUSING COSTS MORE AFFORDABLE.
