CLEAN CITIES CARRIES OUT THIS MISSION THROUGH A NETWORK OF LOCAL AND NATIONAL STAKEHOLDERS, WHICH DEVELOP PUBLIC/PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS AND EDUCATION TO PROMOTE ALTERNATIVE FUELS AND VEHICLES, FUEL BLENDS, FUEL ECONOMY, HYBRID VEHICLES, AND IDLE REDUCTION.
