THE ORGANIZATION SOLD OUR BUILDING. THE LENDER ALLOWED US TO MAINTAIN OWNERSHIP WHILE ATTEMPTING TO SELL THE BUILDING. DURING THAT TIME, THE ORGANIZATION PAID HOLDING COSTS (INSURANCE, UTILITIES ETC) SOME OF WHICH WERE REIMBURSED AT CLOSING. THE BUILDING SOLD FOR LESS THAN WAS OWED ON THE MORTGAGE.
