THE ORGANIZATION IS AN IMMIGRANT INTEGRATION CENTER WHOSE MISSION IS TO PROVIDE THE NECESSARY ACADEMIC TOOLS TO PROMOTE HUMAN DIGNITY, TO INCREASE EMPLOYMENT POTENTIAL, AND TO FACILITATE PARTICIPATION IN THE LARGER COMMUNITY.

PODER'S INTEGRATED ENGLISH PROGRAM EXPANDED IN-PERSON SERVICES IN FY2023 AND OFFERED A TOTAL OF 43 COMBINED ONLINE AND IN-PERSON CLASSES. IN THE WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT VERTICALS, INDUSTRY-SPECIFIC JOB TRAINING PROGRAMS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, BANKING, AND INSURANCE LICENSING WERE DELIVERED WITH PARTICIPANTS BECOMING JOB READY. OTHER ACCOMPLISHMENTS INCLUDE: 4,988 TOTAL VISITORS TO PODER HQ, 2,500 COMMUNITY MEMBERS SERVED, 1,428 TOTAL PROGRAM ENROLLMENT, 80 COMMUNITY EVENTS HOSTED, AND 67 COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS CREATED.
