THE ORGANIZATION'S (ICTV) MISSION IS TO STRENGTHEN THE ITASCA AREA THROUGH PUBLIC ACCESS MEDIA. TO THIS END, ICTV ACTS AS A RESOURCE CENTER FOR INFORMATION, PROGRAMMING AND EQUIPMENT, TO EXPAND LOCAL PROGRAMS AND TO PROVIDE VIDEO PRODUCTION TRAINING FOR VOLUNTEERS AND MEMBERS.
