HEALTHCONNECT ONE REALIZES ITS MISSION BY PROMOTING HEALTH EQUITY. WE WORK TO ELIMINATE MATERNAL AND CHILD HEALTH INEQUITIES BECAUSE WE KNOW THAT WHEN OUR CHILDREN ARE HEALTHY AND THRIVING, OUR COMMUNITIES ARE HEALTHY AND THRIVING. HEALTHCONNECT ONE PARTNERS WITH COMMUNITIES OF COLOR AND LOW-INCOME COMMUNITIES ACROSS THE COUNTRY TO ENSURE SUPPORT FOR MOTHERS AND THEIR BABIES IN EVERY AREA OF THEIR LIVES.
