HEALTHCONNECT ONE REALIZES ITS MISSION BY PROMOTING HEALTH EQUITY. WE WORK TO ELIMINATE MATERNAL AND CHILD HEALTH INEQUITIES BECAUSE WE KNOW THAT WHEN OUR CHILDREN ARE HEALTHY AND THRIVING, OUR COMMUNITIES ARE HEALTHY AND THRIVING.
