HEARTLAND WORKS, INC. SERVES ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS THROUGH PROGRAMS FEDERALLY FUNDED THROUGH WORKFORCE INNOVATION OPPORTUNITY ACT (WIOA) FUNDS AND OTHER PROGRAMS. THE COMMON PURPOSE OF THESE FUNDS IS TO ASSIST ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED, UNDEREMPLOYED AND/OR EMPLOYED WORKERS BECOME SELF-SUFFICIENT. THESE FUNDS ALSO HELP PREPARE A SKILLED WORKFORCE FOR EMPLOYERS. HEARTLAND WORKS, INC. ALSO ADMINISTERS ONE-STOP CENTERS IN NORTHEAST KANSAS PROVIDING STREAMLINED SERVICES AND ACCESSIBILITY FOR BOTH JOB SEEKERS AND EMPLOYERS.
