TO ENGAGE WORKING MEN AND WOMEN, AND THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE, IN ORDER TO IMPROVE HEALTH, INCOME, AND EDUCATION. THE ORGANIZATION'S SERVICES ARE SUBSTANTIALLY SUPPORTED THROUGH FUNDING FROM GOVERNMENTAL UNITS OR DIRECT CONTRIBUTIONS FROM THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

THE EMPLOYER TRAINING INVESTMENT PROGRAM (ETIP), FUNDED BY THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE AND ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY, HELPS KEEP ILLINOIS WORKERS' SKILLS IN PACE WITH NEW TECHNOLOGIES AND BUSINESS PRACTICES, WHICH, IN TURN, HELPS BUSINESSES INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY, REDUCE COSTS, IMPROVE QUALITY, AND BOOST COMPETITIVENESS. ETIP GRANTS CAN REIMBURSE ILLINOIS COMPANIES FOR UP TO 50 PERCENT OF THE COST OF TRAINING THEIR EMPLOYEES.
CAREER COUNSELING AND OCCUPATIONAL SKILLS TRAINING FUNDED BY THE CHICAGO COOK COUNTY WORKFORCE PARTNERSHIP. SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE ELIGIBLE AS A DISLOCATED WORKER OR DISPLACED HOMEMAKER AS DEFINDED UNDER THE WIOA REGULATIONS. THIS INCLUDES A BROAD GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS FROM A VARIETY OF BACKGROUNDS. ASSISTING INDIVIDUALS WITH OBTAINING SUSTAINABLE EMPLOYMENT.
TO DELIVER SERVICE THAT STRENGTHENS THE PIPELINE OF SKILLED WORKERS AND LEADS TO EXPANDING MIDDLE TO HIGH SKILLED MANUFACTURING WORKFORCE FUNDED BY THE CALUMET AREA INDUSTRIAL COMMISSION. THIS PROGRAM SEEKS TO PROVIDE INDIVIDUALS THE OPPORTUNITY TO OBTAIN HIGH-QUALITY, TUITION-FREE EDUCATION AND TRAINING THAT LEADS TO IN-DEMAND AND INDUSTRY-RECOGNIZED CREDENTIALS AND DEGREES.
