THE BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB OF THE MISSISSIPPI VALLEY CONDUCTS YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS AFTER SCHOOL AND DURING THE SUMMER FOR YOUTH AGES 6-18 IN THE AREAS OF EDUCATION AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT; CHARACTER AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT; HEALTH AND LIFE SKILLS; THE ARTS; AND SPORTS, FITNESS AND RECREATION. CLUBS PROVIDE DIVERSE ACTIVITIES THAT MEET THE INTERESTS OF ALL YOUTH AND ENGAGE YOUNG PEOPLE WITH ADULTS, PEERS AND FAMILY MEMBERS THAT ENABLE THEM TO DEVELOP SELF-ESTEEM AND REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL.
