WCR CONDUCTED NATIONAL MEETINGS WHERE MEMBERS CAME TO PARTICIPATE IN THE GOVERNANCE OF THE ASSOCIATION AND LEARN ABOUT REAL ESTATE BEST PRACTICES, TRENDS AND NEW DECISION-MAKING TOOLS AND STRATEGIES. WOMEN'S COUNCIL OF REALTORS CONFERENCES ARE PACKED WITH TOP-NOTCH EDUCATION FOR REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS, AS WELL AS OPPORTUNITIES TO NETWORK FOR REFERRALS WITH AGENTS FROM ACROSS THE COUNTRY. EACH YEAR WCR HOLDS A MIDYEAR MEETING AND A NATIONAL CONFERENCE
WCR PROVIDED PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO KEEP MEMBERS ON TOP OF AN EVOLVING MARKET AND TO ENHANCE LEADERSHIP SKILLS. WCR HELD SEVERAL ONLINE EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS AND WEBINARS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR TO HELP MEMBERS ENHANCE THEIR BUSINESSES AND GROW THEIR CLIENT BASES. THE COUNCIL ALSO PROVIDED SERVICES (INCLUDING ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEADERSHIP SUPPORT) TO OVER 249 LOCAL AND STATE NETWORKS COMBINED.
THE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT NETWORK (PMN) DESIGNATION PROGRAM COMBINES WCR'S THRIVING REFERRAL NETWORK WITH NEW COURSES THAT ADDRESS THE HOT TOPICS THAT ARE SHAPING REAL ESTATE, LIKE EFFECTIVE NEGOTIATING, CONFLICT AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT, NETWORKING TO GENERATE REFERRALS AND MORE. THE PMN SUITE OF PROFESSIONAL PERFORMANCE TRAINING COURSES IS TAUGHT BY RECOGNIZED EXPERTS WHO COVER HOT TOPICS DRIVING THE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY.
