TO DATE, ELEA INSTITUTE HAS AWARDED NUMEROUS GRANTS AND PROJECTS THAT SUPPORT ENHANCED ACCESS FOR COMMUNITIES, BROADEN HOSPICE AND PALLIATIVE SERVICES, AND PROVIDE CRUCIAL EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES, WHICH TOUCH THE LIVES OF PATIENTS AND CAREGIVERS.
