BETTY'S PLACE IS A 12-UNIT APARTMENT PROJECT FOR THE ELDERLY LOCATED IN PIERRE, SOUTH DAKOTA. BETTY'S PLACE IS OPERATED UNDER SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT AND REGULATED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD) WITH RESPECT TO RENTAL CHARGES AND OPERATING METHODS.BRIDGEWAY II IS AN 8-UNIT APARTMENT PROJECT LOCATED IN PIERRE, SOUTH DAKOTA FOR CLIENTS OF CAPITAL AREA COUNSELING SERVICES, INC.
