LIBRARY--IT IS OUR CONTINUED EFFORT OF CURATING LGBTQ+ MATERIALS TO BE LENT TO THE COMMUNITY AND PROVIDING PROGRAMMING FOR CREATIVE QUEER INDIVIDUALS SUCH AS AUTHOR READINGS WRITING WORKSHOPS EXHIBITS PANEL DISCUSSIONS LECTURES AND EVENTS CELEBRATING THE LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY IN LITERATURE. WE WORK TO PRESERVE COLLECT AND DISPLAY OUR COLLECTION IN A WELCOMING AND SAFE ENVIRONMENT. THE LIBRARY HAD OVER 2,000 MEMBERS AS OF THE END OF 2023 AN INCREASE FROM 400 TWO YEARS PRIOR. MEMBERS CONDUCTED RESEARCH PARTICIPATED IN BOOK CLUBS READ FOR FUN CHECKED OUT LGBTQ+ MATERIALS PARTICIPATED IN SEMINARS AND CAME TO DISCOVER LGBTQ+ HISTORY IN THE TWIN CITIES.
