PROVIDE FOOD, EMERGENCY SHELTER, A DAYTIME DROP-IN CENTER, A FAMILY SHELTER, PERMANENT HOUSING ASSISTANCE AND ADDITIONAL SUPPORT TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES THROUGH CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES PROVIDED BY ON-SITE STAFF AND COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS. DURING THE YEAR OVER 875 HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS WERE ASSISTED, OVER 70,000 SAFE NIGHTS WERE PROVIDED, AND OVER 225,000 MEALS SERVED.
