THE PURPOSE OF THE CORPORATION IS TO FOSTER NATIONAL OR INTERNATIONAL AMATEUR SPORT COMPETITION AND EDUCATION. TO FURTHER SUCH PURPOSE THE CORPORATION SHALL PROMOTE SKI EDUCATION AND TRAINING AND SHALL HOLD COMPETITIVE SKI MEETS. THE PROCEEDS OF DONATIONS AND REGISTRATION FEES ARE DONATED TO VARIOUS SKI-RELATED CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS.

THE ORGANIZATON OFFERS EVENTS TO THE PUBLIC FOR EDUCATION ABOUT AMATEUR SKI RACING AND OFFERS A VENUE FOR ATHLETES TO COMPLETE AT THE AMATEUR LEVEL. THE PROCEEDS FROM DONATIONS DURING THE EVENT GO TO SKI ORGANIZATIONS EACH YEAR. PROCEEDS OF 50,000 WERE DONATED TO THE US SKI AND SNOWBOARD FOUNDATION AND 15,000 WAS DONATED TO THE WORLD CUP DREAMS FOUNDATION.
