THEY ALSO PARTNER WITH EMPLOYERS ON WORKER RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION TO STRENGTHEN THE LOCAL WORKFORCE. THE CHAMBER ADVOCATES FOR OAK BROOK AND OAKBROOK TERRACE BUSINESS INTERESTS IN LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. THEY ARE A LEADER FOR INITIATIVES THAT IMPROVE OAK BROOK AND OAKBROOK TERRACE'S INFRASTRUCTURE AND CREATE OPPORTUNITIES AND INCENTIVES FOR LOCAL COMPANIES.
