LCC WORKS WITH CHURCHES THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES AND INTERNATIONALLY TO FURTHER THE KINGDOM OF GOD BY TOUCHING LIVES IN NEED WITH THE PRESENCE OF JESUS CHRIST BY MINISTERING TO THEIR PHYSICAL, SPIRITUAL, AND EMOTIONAL NEEDS. LCC CONNECTS NEEDS WITH RESOURCES, WORKING WITH CONGREGATIONS TO HELP CHRISTIANS MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN PEOPLES LIVES AND IN GODS KINGDOM, SHARING THE COMPASSION, PRESENCE, AND PROCLAMATION OF CHRIST.

K-9 MINISTRIES - PLACEMENT OF TRAINED COMFORT DOGS IN PARISHES. LCC PROVIDES ONGOING TRAINING AND SUPPORT FOR THE COMFORT DOGS, HANDLERS AND CAREGIVERS AND WORKS WITH THE CONGREGATIONS TO DEVELOP MINISTRY PLANS THAT UTILIZE THE DOGS.
DISASTER RESPONSE - COORDINATING AND DEPLOYING VOLUNTEER TEAMS TO RESPOND TO INDIVIDUAL PHYSICAL AND MATERIAL NEEDS AS A RESULT OF NATURAL DISASTERS, PROVIDING ON-GOING TRAINING FOR DISASTER RESPONSE VOLUNTEERS AS WELL AS PROVIDING TRAINING FOR CONGREGATIONS IN DISASTER READINESS PLANS AND RESPONSES. LCC COORDINATED AND DEPLOYED RESOURCES IN RESPONSE TO RECENT DISASTER IN HAITI AND CONTINUES TO RESPOND TO NEED RESULTING FROM NATURAL DISASTERS AROUND THE UNITED STATES.
