THE ASSOCIATION CONNECTED WITH THE PRINCIPAL SPOKESPERSONS ON CAPITOL HILL AND WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMMUNICATING WITH MEMBERS OF CONGRESS AND THEIR STAFF REGARDING THE ASSOCIATION'S POSITIONS CONCERNS AND INTERESTS.
