THE ORGANIZATION MAINTAINS A "HOTLINE" SERVICE TO DISPENSE ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS RELATED TO THE HUMAN RESOURCES AREA. THIS INFORMATION RESOURCE IS PROVIDED FREE TO MEMBERS AS PART OF THEIR ANNUAL DUES PAYMENT.
THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDES ADDITIONAL RESEARCH SERVICES AND EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR EMPLOYERS IN ILLINOIS.
THE ORGANIZATION RESEARCHES, ADMINISTERS AND PUBLISHES A NUMBER OF EMPLOYMENT-BASED SURVEYS ANNUALLY, INCLUDING WAGE, SALARY, EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION AND POLICIES AND BENEFITS (BIENNIAL) SURVEYS.
