THE ORGANIZATION MAINTAINS A "HOTLINE" SERVICE TO DISPENSE ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS RELATED TO THE HUMAN RESOURCES AREA. THIS INFORMATION RESOURCE IS PROVIDED FREE TO MEMBERS AS PART OF THEIR ANNUAL DUES PAYMENT.
THE ORGANIZATION RESEARCHES, ADMINISTERS AND PUBLISHES A NUMBER OF EMPLOYMENT-BASED SURVEYS ANNUALLY, INCLUDING WAGE, SALARY, EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION AND POLICIES AND BENEFITS (BIENNIAL) SURVEYS.
THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES CONFERENCES, SEMINARS AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES TO MEMBERS AND EMPLOYERS IN ILLINOIS, INCLUDING PROGRAMS ON HUMAN RESOURCE, EMPLOYMENT LAW, AND SUPERVISORY AND LEADERSHIP TOPICS.
