THE AMERICAN FRATERNAL ALLIANCE STRENGTHENS AND SUPPORTS ITS MEMBERS AND THE FRATERNAL BENEFIT SECTOR OF THE FINANCIAL SERVICES INDUSTRY BY ITS LEADERSHIP IN ADVOCACY, POLICY, INFORMATION, EDUCATION AND MEMBER SERVICES.

ADVOCATED ON BEHALF OF FRATERNAL INTERESTS ON KEY LEGISLATIVE AND REGULATORY INITIATIVES. CONTINUED TO ADVOCATE FOR CONGRESSIONAL RESOLUTIONS THAT ACKNOWLEDGE THE IMPACT OF FRATERNALS NATIONWIDE AND SUCCESSFULLY RECRUITED CO-SPONSORS IN THE HOUSE AND SENATE. ADVOCATED FOR LEGISLATION IN MICHIGAN AND SUCCESSFULLY REPRESENTED FRATERNALS AT THE STATE LEVEL ON LEGISLATIVE ISSUES.


THE ALLIANCE CONDUCTED ITS SPRING SYMPOSIUM, EXECUTIVE SUMMIT, THREE LUNCH AND LEARN ROUNDTABLES, FRATERNAL CAREER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM AND A NUMBER OF WEBINARS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. THESE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES WERE DESIGNED FOR ALL LEVELS OF FRATERNAL STAFF AND LEADERSHIP. ATTENDEE FEEDBACK WAS POSITIVE.


THE ALLIANCE CONTINUED ITS FOCUS ON COLLABORATION AND ITS PARTNERSHIP WITH OTHER TRADE ASSOCIATIONS TO BRING AFFORDABLE CONTENT AND EDUCATION TO ITS MEMBERS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR BOTH THROUGH IN PERSON EVENTS AND VIRTUAL OPPORTUNITIES.
