THE BRINTON MUSEUM ENDOWMENT FUND IS ORGANIZED TO SUPPORT THE CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES OF THE BRINTON MUSEUM, INCLUDING DISTRIBUTING INCOME AND PRINCIPAL TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE BRINTON MUSEUM; LENDING MONEY OR EXTENDING CREDIT TO THE BRINTON MUSEUM; PURCHASING, OWNING, INSURING, AND IMPROVING ANY ASSETS USED BY THE BRINTON MUSEUM IN FURTHERANCE OF ITS CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES.
