MEMBERSHIP SERVICES THE BUILDERS' ASSOCIATION OF SOUTH FLORIDA HAS BECOME THE PREMIER ASSOCIATION REPRESENTING THE HOMEBUILDING INDUSTRY IN SOUTH FLORIDA PROVIDING A PLATFORM FOR SINGLE FAMILY, MULTIFAMILY, AND HIGH RISE RESIDENTIAL BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS AND THOSE THAT SUPPORT THEM FOR COMMUNICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER, EDUCATION AND SHOWCASING THEIR PRODUCTS. DUES FUND IN EXCESS OF 90% OF THE ORGANIZATION'S EXPENSES & ACTIVITIES. $354,761 OF OUR REVENUES WERE FROM MEMBERSHIP DUES,
CONVERSATIONS WITH NATIONAL LEADERS THIS WAS THE SECOND INSTALLMENT OF THIS PROGRAM FOCUSED ON NAVIGATING THE HOUSING AFFORDABILIY CRISIS. THIS HAS BECOME ONE OF OUR MOST POPULAR EVENTS FOR MEMBERS PROVIDING THEM WITH KNOWLEGE CRITICAL TO THEIR BUSINESS OPERATIONS. LEADERS. REVENUES WERE FROM SPONSORING MEMBERS.
HOLIDAY EVENT THIS EVENT WAS A COMBINATION OF A SPECIAL BASF AWARDS CEREMONY (TO RECOGNIZE OUTSTANDING ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF SOME OF OUR MEMBERS, INDUSTRY LEADERS, AND GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS) AND A HOLIDAY PARTY FOR OUR MEMBERS.
