CHILDCARE CENTER PROVIDES COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENTAL CHILDCARE SERVICES FOR CHILDREN 6 WEEKS THROUGH 12 YEARS OF AGE. THE CENTER IS LICENSED FOR 142 CHILDREN. THE CENTER IS CERTIFIED IN EARLY ACHIEVERS AND IS SUCCESSFULLY FUNDED BY HEAD START, EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION AND ASSISTANCE PROGRAM AND USDA CHILDCARE FOOD PROGRAM. ADDITIONALLY, THE CENTER PROVIDES EMERGENCY CARE FOR CHILDREN ENTERING CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES. CHILDREN BENEFIT FROM A LOVING FAMILY CULTURE, QUALITY CARE, PROVEN TEACHING METHODS, A NURSE CONSULTANT, MENTAL HEALTH THERAPY, FIELDTRIPS AND CELEBRATIONS THAT NURTURE THE WHOLE CHILD.
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES PROVIDE WRAP-AROUND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES TO LOW-INCOME PARENTS OF CHILDREN WHO BENEFIT FROM MODELING AND EDUCATION IN PARENTING, CPS NAVIGATION, MENTAL HEALTH AND SOCIAL WELFARE.
UTILIZING MULTIPLE GRANTS, MCFHC HAS BEEN ABLE TO PROVIDE RENTAL AND UTILITY ASSISTANCE TO QUALIFIED INDIVIDUALS. SUPPORTIVE SERVICES INCLUDE ASSISTANCE TO PAY BACK RENT AND UTILITIES AND CURRENT AND FUTURE MONTH'S RENT. CLIENTS ARE REFERRED TO US AFTER BEING VETTED FOR INCOME QUALIFICATIONS.
