PROVIDE INFORMATION TO HELP PARENTS FIND QUALITY LICENSED CHILD CARE AND SUPPORT PLAY AND LEARN GROUPS. SUPPORT PROVIDERS IN BUSINESS, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND QUALITY IMPROVEMENTS.
