PROMOTE MICHIGAN'S PUBLIC UNIVERSITIES BY PROVIDING A FORUM FOR DISCUSSION OF ITEMS OF COLLECTIVE CONCERN; COLLECTING INFORMATION TO PREPARE REPORTS FOR PRESENTATION TO THE PUBLIC; RAISING POLICYMAKERS' AWARENESS OF THE IMPORTANCE OF MICHIGAN'S PUBLIC UNIVERSITIES; AND ADVOCATING POLICIES, LEGISLATION AND REGULATIONS THAT PRESERVE AND ADVANCE THE RIGHTS, POWERS, AND INTERESTS OF MICHIGAN'S PUBLIC UNIVERSITIES. 15 MICHIGAN PUBLIC UNIVERSITIES AND THEIR STUDENTS WERE SERVED.
