EXPENSES INCURRED TO OPERATE AND MAINTAIN HARVEY SCHOOL. HARVEY SCHOOL IS A ONE ROOM SCHOOLHOUSE THAT ALLOWS VISITORS TO EXPERIENCE THE PAST THROUGH SCHOOL FIELDS TRIPS, COMMUNITY GROUP TOURS AND COMMUNITY EVENTS.
EXPENSES INCURRED TO MAINTAIN MILLENNIUM PARK WITH ITS FOUNTAIN ON THE BUCYRUS SQUARE AS WELL AS TWO BUCYRUS MURALS: THE GREAT AMERICAN CROSSROADS MURAL AND LIBERTY REMEMBERS OUR VETERANS MURAL.
