WE HAVE ASSISTED IN MAINTAINING SUPPORT GROUPS IN THE TRI-STATE AREA OF INDIANA, ILLINOIS AND KENTUCKY. WE HAVE PROVIDED FINANCIAL AND MEDICAL ASSISTANCE SUPPORT FOR THE BENEFIT OF MS PATIENTS. PROVISION OF A FAMILY WEEKEND RETREAT FOR MS PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES TO INTERACT, SUPPORT AND EDUCATE. PRESENTED PROGRAM TO MS PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES TO BETTER PARTNER WITH PHYSICIAN AND NURSE PROVIDED INFORMATION ON MS SYMPTOM MANAGEMENT.
