THE NEIGHBORHOOD CHRISTIAN LEGAL CLINIC PROVIDES A VARIETY OF FREE CIVIL LEGAL SERVICES TO MARGINALIZED INDIVIDUALS ACROSS INDIANA. THE CLINIC HAD THE FOLLOWING SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS IN 2022:*HOUSING AND CONSUMER JUSTICE PROGRAM (SERVING THE LEGAL NEEDS OF PEOPLE IN HOUSING INSTABILITY AND FINANCIAL DISTRESS)*IMMIGRANT JUSTICE PROGRAM (SERVING THE LEGAL NEEDS OF REFUGEES, ASYLEES, AND OTHER IMMIGRANTS)*SURVIOR JUSTICE PROGRAM (SERVING THE LEGAL NEEDS OF VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, SEXUAL ASSUALT, AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING)*THE CLINIC'S OTHER PROGRAMS INCLUDE PROJECT GRACE (HELPING TO REMOVE BARRIERS TO SUCCESSFUL RE-ENTRY FOR EX-OFFENDERS) AND LOW-INCOME TAXPAYER CLINIC (SERVING THE LEGAL NEEDS OF PEOPLE WITH TAX-RELATED ISSUES).
