THE ORGANIZATION DEVELOPS CASES, IDENTIFYING OPPORTUNITIES TO USE LITIGATION TO DEVELOP THE LAW IN SIGNIFICANT WAYS. THE ORGANIZATION CONFRONTS LEGISLATIVE WRONGDOING, WHETHER IT BE PROCEDURAL ERRORS, INCONSISTENCY WITH THE STATE OR FEDERAL CONSTITUTION, OR SUBSTANTIVE SHORTCOMINGS.
