DEVELOPING QUALITY LEADERS OCCURS IN A SIGNATURE PROGRAM THAT TAKES COMMUNITY LEADERS THROUGH A 12 MONTH CURRICULUM. LAST YEAR, THE ORGANIZATION TRAINED 27 ADULTS IN ITS SIGNATURE PROGRAM. IN ADDITION, DOZENS OF LEADERS PARTICIPATED IN THE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT SERIES WORKSHOPS TO DEEPEN THEIR LEADERSHIP SKILLS.
