GREENCROFT MANOR III, INC. (MANOR III) IS A NON-PROFIT COMMUNITY BENEFIT CORPORATION THAT PROVIDES RETIREMENT HOUSING SERVICES TO 100 RESIDENTS ON A 170-ACRE CAMPUS. MANOR III IS AFFILIATED WITH TWO HUD HOUSING ORGANIZATIONS AND A CONTINUING CARE RETIREMENT COMMUNITY (CCRC) CALLED GREENCROFT GOSHEN (GG). MANOR III'S SERVICES ARE INTEGRATED INTO GG'S SERVICES. MANOR III ALSO PROVIDES INDEPENDENT LIVING HOUSING SERVICES. RESIDENTS OF MANOR III ARE ELIGIBLE FOR ADVANCED SERVICES OFFERED BY GG INCLUDING ASSISTED LIVING, SKILLED NURSING, ADULT DAY PROGRAMS, SENIOR CENTER PROGRAMS, AND HOME CARE SERVICES. MANOR III RESIDENTS PAY A SUBSIDIZED MONTHLY FEE FOR RENT.
